Generally speaking, the investment is per day and includes all travel, with a few exceptions.
The most immediate step is to reserve some dates. Many times schools bring us in on Staff Development Days, on planning periods, on weekends, or after school for the initial training session. We even come to PTA Meetings!
Then, we continue to support and coach with you and your teachers for the concepts to really become a part of the landscape of the school. Continual support and monitoring is critical!
There is no better time than right now to get all your teachers on the same page. Training should be job-embedded and continuous. Therefore, you can offer this staff development at ANY time during the school year. Your staff will enjoy and appreciate it! The course to change starts with the first step!
