From Dr. Thomas Glanton, Ed.D.
I spent 30 years in K-12 watching discipline problems that should have been solved in the first week of school turn into full-year crises.
The problem was never the students. It was the absence of a system. Teachers without a written plan. Administrators without a consistent framework. Parents without a partner. When those three things are missing, behavior fills the gap.
This toolkit is the physical foundation of that system. The poster goes on the wall before the first student walks in. The book sits on the desk. The creed sets the standard for every adult in the building.
For $47, it ships to your school. That’s the easiest decision you’ll make this year.
